Need a last minute Halloween costume? I made this costume morning of Halloween!
I made the ears by bending a coat hanger and hot gluing on felt. I water-colored the tongue and then cut it out and hot glued to a wooden stick. And then I face painted on the nose to complete the look.
Woof!
